Pour the water into your pressure cooker and set it to bring to a boil.
Add your ½ cup Thai Tea Mix to the boiling water. Seal the cooker and lower the heat slightly.
Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes to release flavor.
Turn off heat and let it steep, sealed, for 15 minutes.
Strain the tea through fine mesh or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
While warm, stir in ¼ cup sugar until fully dissolved.
Chill the tea in the fridge for 1–2 hours.
Serve over ice and top with milk or cream. Stir gently and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe uses traditional Thai Tea Mix like Pantai or Number One Brand. Use sweetened condensed milk for stronger flavor or coconut/evaporated for lighter creaminess.
