Instructions
Instructions
Cook blueberries, orange juice and sugar until berries break down.
Mix corn starch and water, add to blueberries to thicken, then cool completely.
Warm milk to 110°F, add yeast and let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
Combine butter, sugar, and 2 cups of flour. Mix, then add remaining flour.
Knead dough on floured surface 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Let dough rise in greased bowl, covered, for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled.
Roll dough out into rectangle, spread blueberry filling, roll up tightly.
Slice into 12 rolls, place in baking dish, cover and rise 30-45 mins.
Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
Let cool, then drizzle glaze and remaining blueberry sauce on top.
Serve warm and enjoy the fluffy, blueberry cinnamon flavor.
Notes
If you don’t have orange juice, you can sub with lemon, cranberry, or even water. For cinnamon-only rolls, just increase cinnamon filling ingredients.
