Equipment

  • 1 grill or grill pan
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 aluminum foil or wax paper for wrapping

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium chicken breasts About 12 oz total.
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce Chopped.
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese Grated.
  • ½ cup croutons Optional.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons (if using). Toss until the lettuce is well coated.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat on the cutting board. Place a portion of the salad mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  • Top the salad mixture with sliced grilled chicken.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
  • Slice the wraps in half diagonally, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize these wraps by adding additional toppings like sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, or avocado.
For a vegetarian option, substitute grilled chicken with sliced grilled vegetables or chickpeas.
These wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, making them great for meal prep.
