Start cooking your fettuccine pasta according to the package. Once done, drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season flank steak with salt and pepper, sear 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic and onion to the same skillet. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
Return steak slices to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and combine everything until heated through, 1–2 minutes.
Adjust seasoning. Top with parsley. Serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. Leftovers reheat best with a splash of broth or cream over low heat.
