Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna, drained 5 oz each.
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup celery, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 4 cups mixed greens For serving, optional.

Instructions
 

  • Drain the tuna well and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  • Use a fork to flake the tuna into smaller pieces.
  • Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped celery, red onion, and sweet pickles until evenly distributed.
  • Taste the salad and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Serve immediately on a bed of mixed greens, or refrigerate for later use.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
