Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz chocolate sandwich cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce, divided
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce, divided
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts Can be adjusted or omitted for nut-free version.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Finely crush the chocolate sandwich cookies in a large mixing bowl using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  • Combine the crushed cookies with the melted butter in a separate bowl and mix until well combined. The mixture should hold together when pressed.
  • Press the cookie mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust. refrigerate to set.
  • Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined to create the creamy filling.
  • Spread half of the caramel sauce evenly over the chilled cookie crust, followed by half of the chocolate fudge sauce.
  • Pour the cream cheese filling over the caramel and fudge layers, smoothing it out evenly with a rubber spatula.
  • Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce and chocolate fudge sauce over the top of the cream cheese filling.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts evenly on top.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set, preferably overnight.
  • Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

You can adjust the nut topping based on your preference or omit it entirely for a nut-free version.
For added flavor, consider mixing in some chocolate chips or additional caramel sauce inside the layers.
The Turtle Lush can be frozen for up to a month; just be sure to wrap it well to prevent freezer burn. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
