Instructions
Zubereitung
Pour cherries and juice into a pot. Add sugar and cinnamon. Bring to gentle boil.
Mix speisestärke with cold water. Stir into cherry mix until it thickens. Let cool.
Whip together Quark, Mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla powder until smooth.
Whip 100g Sahne until stiff, then fold into cream mixture.
Crumble half the Vanillekipferl into dessert glasses.
Add cooled cherry mix over crumbled cookies.
Spoon a layer of Quark-Mascarpone cream over cherries.
Repeat layer: cookies, cherry mix, cream again.
Top with remaining cherry mixture and Vanillekipferl crumbs.
Whip remaining 100g Sahne and pipe on top before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Can be made ahead and stored in fridge up to 3 days. Tastes even better the next day!
