Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the plant-based milk, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's well coated, and then roll it into the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the breaded cauliflower wings onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
Bake the cauliflower wings in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.
While the wings are baking, prepare the bang bang sauce. In a saucepan, combine the vegan mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Whisk until well blended and heated through (about 2-3 minutes on low heat).
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the bang bang sauce until evenly coated.
Transfer the sauced wings to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions.
