Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries If using fresh cranberries, rinse and drain them. If using frozen, thaw and drain.
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Add the shredded white cheddar cheese and chopped green onions to the mixture, folding gently to incorporate.
  • If using fresh cranberries, rinse and drain them. If using frozen, thaw and drain. Gently fold the cranberries into the cheese mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or crackers for dipping.
