Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon or spatula
  • 1 silicone mold or ice cube tray
  • 1 freezer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • to taste nuts or granola Optional for topping.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  • If using mixed berries, chop larger berries into smaller pieces.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture into the silicone mold or ice cube tray, filling each section about three-quarters full.
  • Add a few pieces of mixed berries to each yogurt bite, pressing them down slightly into the yogurt.
  • If desired, sprinkle some nuts or granola on top of the yogurt for added texture and flavor.
  • Place the mold or tray in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  • Once frozen, carefully pop the yogurt bites out of the mold or tray and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
  • Feel free to customize these yogurt bites by adding your favorite fruits, nuts, or even a drizzle of melted dark chocolate.
  • These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for a quick and healthy snack option.
